GENERAL TERMS OF BOOKING & RENTING AT LA CROIX-GALLIOT
1- Reception: The owner engages himself to welcome the client personally between 5 and 8pm.
2- Arrival: The client is engaged to arrive on the agreed date at the agreed time of day. Late arrival or circumvention has to be communicated to the property owner (host).
3- Validity of the reservation as soon as the client has paid an account of 25% of the total charges of accommodation and received a written confirmation upon receipt. The remaining sum is due to payment at the clients arrival.
4- Means of payment: bank transfer, cash payment, paypal.
5- Duration of stay: The client must not stay on the owner’s property or facilities beyond the agreed duration of stay without the consent of the owner.
6- Cancellation of the reservation: Any cancellation of a reservation on the client-side has to be communicated in written form.
a) Cancellation more than 24 hours before the first day of the agreed length of stay: the paid deposit is due to the owner.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the first day of the agreed length of stay: the paid deposit is due to the owner who has the right to charge the client the total amount of accommodation fees.
b) The reservation is invalid, if the client does not arrive before 8 pm of the first day of the agreed length of stay without informing the owner of the late arrival.
In that case the paid deposit is due to the owner and the owner has the right to charge the client the total amount of accomodation fees.
c) If the client departs on an earlier date as initially agreed, the total charges of the agreed length of stay are due to the owner.
7- Capacity: The reservation is arranged for an agreed amount of persons. If the amount of persons is exceeded by the client, the owner has the right to refuse accomodation to those additional persons.
8- Use of holiday facilities: the client commits to leave all used rooms and facilities proper and undammaged at his departure.
9- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rooms of the Bed and Breakfast
10- Complaints: Any complaints have to be communicated to the local office of « Tourisme de Bretagne » or « Gites de France ».
